report/evidence.
All patient
details should be made anonymous while submitting a
report/evidence. Though we anonymise data before actual
publication, it is equally important to maintain the
confidentiality yourself.
All details
leading on to the probable identification of a subject
should be omitted from the report.
Though it
is important for us to ask the submitters to divulge
information on themselves [like contact information e-mail
ID, Institution etc], we will take maximum steps possible
towards maintaining your particulars as confidential as
possible.
All data
submitted will only be used for research and evaluation
purposes and will not be disclosed to State institutions and
authorities except if required by law or other regulation.
We do not
disclose the data to any other organizations, sponsors or
third parties, nor do we use them for advertisement,
marketing, etc.
We allow you to challenge the data you submitted and, where
appropriate, you may have the data erased, rectified,
amended or completed
